Welcome to FKK Flamingo Island. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By entering our premises or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FKK Flamingo Island, located at Ferdinand-Porsche-Straße 6, 76275 Ettlingen, Germany.

Age Restrictions & Verification

• Valid passport, driver's license, or national ID card required
• Age verification is mandatory for all first-time visitors
• VIP members may be subject to periodic re-verification
• Falsified identification will result in immediate expulsion and legal action
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide adequate age verification

General Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards all guests and staff is mandatory
• Consent is required for all interactions
• Harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate expulsion
• Alcohol consumption is permitted in designated areas only
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
• Weapons of any kind are forbidden on the premises

Dress Code & Hygiene

• Dress code requirements must be followed at all times
• Personal hygiene standards must be maintained
• Shower facilities are available and their use is encouraged
• Clean towels and robes are provided
• Appropriate attire required in restaurant and common areas

Privacy & Photography

• Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited
• Mobile phones with cameras must be secured in designated areas
• Violation of photography rules will result in immediate expulsion
• Privacy and discretion of all guests must be respected
• Sharing of personal information about other guests is prohibited

Booking & Payment Terms

Entrance Fees

• Weekday entrance fee: €65.00
• Weekend entrance fee: €65.00
• Fees are subject to change without notice
• All fees include access to basic facilities
• Additional services may incur separate charges

VIP Bookings & Cancellations

• VIP room and package bookings require advance reservation
• Minimum 24 hours advance booking required
• Deposit of 50% required for all VIP bookings
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for full refund
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

Payment Methods

• Cash, credit cards, and debit cards accepted
• All prices include applicable taxes
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Chargebacks may result in membership suspension

Liability & Insurance

• Use of facilities is entirely at your own risk
• We are not liable for personal injuries unless due to our negligence
• Lost or stolen personal items are not our responsibility

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services

Insurance Coverage

• General liability insurance covers facility operations
• Guests are responsible for their own health insurance
• Travel insurance is recommended for international guests

Termination & Suspension

Grounds for Termination

• Violation of any facility rules or terms
• Inappropriate conduct towards guests or staff
• Illegal activities on the premises
• Non-payment of fees or charges
• Providing false information or documentation

Termination Process

• Immediate expulsion for serious violations
• Written notice for membership termination
• Right to appeal termination decisions
• No refund for terminated memberships due to rule violations
